    I appreciate that we have to wait for the announcement, but still trying to figure out what would need to be acquired.

    RJayz - for NY they are part of Imperium, so what would MNS need to acquire (the intellectual property is in place from CV4, the location has been sourced & can't imagine buying land should be on the radar, the lithium MNS needs to source, so what would they be acquiring)?
