    Yeah it is laughable - great excuse to raise capital without saying they need to raise capital for other reasons.

    Question is are they going to do something simialar to TON and buy a lithium play? Or perhaps by some/all of C4V so they actually own some IP for their battery fantasies - either way it will likely dilute the hell out of existing shareholders!
