With the DOW futures currently down over 500 points tomorrow's announcement will need to be a very good one indeed. I hope Frank sought some assistance with wording , he needs it, as this market is in no mood for more fluff and wishy washy pipe dreaming vagaries.

Dates, dollars, and firm legally binding commitments in a first world country needed or this will get hammered IMO. If this announcement is perceived as a half cover for a CR, then it will get doubly hammered. If the rumours here on this forum are correct that the CR acquisition amount is only 5 million, this will be punished severely. 5 million gets you nothing on the global battery stage.
