Well yes. Thats the point isn't it? When you set a value on something, lets say PGC, then an increasing or decreasing SP will dictate what your prepared to pay. Or do we just climb aboard at any old price? Anyway it seems MS's ratings are such BS that the placement is set at??? Wait for it: $0.725 and MS's rating yesterday??? Think it was $0.719.
I think all those involved in calculating the price of this raising, and remember its not just the boys from PGC coming up with a figure, have a bit more insight into MS's ratings than us mere mortals. Cheers.
