Just out of curiosity, is there a trading platform that allows placing of shares in a queue during a trading halt? Or is that against the rules.
PSC is predicted to just by 13% at the open, someone willing to pay 0.064 (single buyer). Clearly somehow this person got in either based on a conditional trade or after the close... how does that work, I see it all the time.
