    7 year offtake for 100% of Phase 1 Production with
    Sinomine (strong Chinese partner) which includes full
    finance for the construction of the Mine and Plant also
    become major shareholder in Prospect via a share
    investment of A$10 million in the coming months - subject​
    to conditions
