Not sure if you guys realise but this was Ann'd a few months ago and today was the final date for the transaction. I think that either its all a go and they are doing the paperwork, or the FIRB havent yet approved it and they PSC and Sinomine) will mutually extend the date, or its fallen through. Which I doubt given this article.
