NOTICE OF DATE AND TIME OF SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT, AND REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

NSL Consolidated Ltd (ASX Code: NSL) wishes to advise the market that Her Honour Justice Banks-Smith will hand down her judgment in Supreme Court of Western Australia proceedings CIV 1202 of 2015 (Coal Hub Pty Ltd v NSL Consolidated Limited), on Friday 9 February 2018 at 2:15pm WST. Further to this, the Company requests a trading halt effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the handed down judgement. The Company requests the trading halt last from the receipt of this request until the release of the announcement. In any event, no later than the commencement of trading on Tuesday 13th February 2018. The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
