That might be for the previous cap raise, stardestroyer. My ASX app tells me that it is "in relation to a proposed issue of securities and discussions with ASX, and a company update."

That does not sound good, at all. Although, its really no surprise given CPH's track record.

ESE has also shat its pants, so now I am out of both stocks. Its gonna be a few years before we know which pot stocks are worth more than the paper they are written on, but I don't rate CPH's chances.
