It would be nice if, included in tommorow's announncement, there was information on how they plan to pay for/raise money for a the 1.5m due tommorow, but more so, the 9,700,000 on settlement.
If they could explain that it would be good/better for the share price, if they don't then this could be like future debt hanging over there heads, and bad for the share price. IMO
Would be nice to hear that the Detailed Sale Agreement included NNAM kicking in a little more and Kirkland is covering the rest - or something like that.
(Why wouldn't Kirkland jump in deeper, at these prices? Add to there full 19.9% allowable)
Either way. The DEG management have been excellent in the past negotiations, I am sure there will do the best by the shareholders, and there decisions will be in line with there future goals.
