Think 0.75c would be a stretch, unless they made the deal before we hit 0.6c. If it is, then expect the SP to at least reach this level.
For me the terms of the deal is much more important - who to, how shares will be issued if it's a placement, if so are shares restricted from sells, underwritten, etc. As important would be purpose - new acquisition, confidence in new exploration, etc.
We will know in two days!
