A) Might not be no surprise to you Fluff but the TH is for Binding OT. This reduces greatly the element of risk in this investment for current investors and fence sitter.
B) Feasabilities are entering a forward and final stage and management have stated a decision to mine alluding to 2nd Q. Why if the above are progressing favourable could not be made as conditions to the BOT. I don't see this as a negative.
C) Again due to market forces demand is sky high. Not sure of your point.
IMHO I see the market factoring in the new risk levels to bring AUZ into production. Dependent on the terms and whether there is in fact a financing deal will determine the level of risk and market reaction. The "fun" as you call it is most definitely not over.
GL with trading AUZ on Friday. I will hold my shares as the fun is only beginning.
