Triton Minerals Limited – request for trading halt Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON) (the Company) requests that ASX Limited grant an immediate trading halt with respect to its ordinary shares.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

The Company requests the trading halt in relation to an update with respect to the Option Agreement with Westgold Resources Limited to acquire a package of lithium assets and royalties.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday,15 February 2018, unless before that time the Company requests that the trading halt be lifted.

The Company expects that the event that will end the trading halt will be an announcement in relation to the Option Agreement with Westgold Resources Limited.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. Please contact me if you require any further information.
