My money says it can but I wouldn't be expecting it to happen Monday. I doubt too many people would have been sitting on the sidelines waiting to buy the approval. With a rise from .6c to 3.6c I would say its very much factored in. The sell down was perhaps people hedging against bad news? I think its more likely approval and drill plans will help bring new investors to the table and allow it to retest the high and crack on through but that wont happen over night.
Happy to be wrong though. Either way, exciting times ahead. If it is positive news, it will at least be nice to see the ship isn't leaking.
