We are both wrong. Thats hilarious and yes correct if you assume lnu is worth fantasy money like your google 10 bill offer. If google offer 10 bill then i am not going to cry about dilition. In the real world though, assuming market represents at or around fair value then no dilution. I am a retired big 4 audit partner and i will now tap out of this conversation.
