I agree, very large dilution. It was clear from the last financial update that they would have to either do a capital raise or sell Paguanta prior to the resource announcement. The expense forecast of only having 100k in cash at the end of the quarter (which is peanuts), would have created a lot of urgency for them. So not entirely unexpected. I was only factoring on 15% dilution into my calculations though, so it does shift the goal posts of my expected upside considerably.

At least now they will have another year to sort things out. It will give them better negotiating power with anyone interested in Paguanta. Also they may be able to squeeze in additional resource extension or work towards a pre-feasibility study for Kouri.

Hopefully there's no further dilution post- resource announcement.
