I reacon the CR will be well received by the shareholders and the market on Wednesday.
Management knows they have a quality resource their defining and won't sell the project short. There's too much upside happening, and the way it's been unfolding is very promising.
I wouldn't be surprised if the CR is at or around the current market price, with more of a lean towards free attaching options to compensate the sophs or insto investors for their usual 25% discount, rather than a discount on the current shareprice.
That would be a win : win for all parties. It supports the SP and looks after current shareholders, it keeps the sophs and insto's happy with their discount, and if they exercise the options, it will bring more revenue into the company in the future.
