They had $1.1m in the kitty 7 weeks ago - pity they couldn't wait another few weeks and put out the updated resource which may have led to a re-rating, a higher share price and a subsequent cash raise at a higher price and thus less dilution for share holders - unless of course the upgrade is a dud which is most unlikely given the latest grades etc.
Now we wait for details of how much is being raised, who to and at what price .........
