It could be any of the issues discussed. I think it would be regarding the seemingly obvious breach of the listing rules. I'm not certain though. They may want clarification on the links with Massie and some of the holders on the share registry.

I don't think there will be any questions about the relationship with FC Capital as the company have been pretty open about that but who knows.

If you think of possible worst case outcomes:

1. Fine for breach of listing rule and issued shares are disposed of
2. Massie resigns
3. The company ends the agreement with FC Capital

They are worst case, best case:

1. The company explains in detail all questions and begins trading again with no issues.
