I agree there is much information yet to see the light of day, but I can't help having a sinking feeling. I hope it isn't a "oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive" scenario. The disgruntled customer describes unconscionable and deceptive business practices, which I find totally unacceptable even if they only rarely take place. The lack of disclosure by the company that is starting to come to light is worrisome.

The other item of interest to me is the ASX director who was named as having a 3% ownership of FCC. You could argue that the ASX therefore was indirectly privy to any legal arrangements between FCC and BIG. I suspect this director can look forward to receiving a show cause letter from the ASX or ASIC.
