Still struggling to see how any of this stuff with Finstro is material to the company.

Firstly, the 3M share arrangement with Finstro went down over 12 months ago, and has not been repeated since, despite sales sky rocketting.

Secondly, even when AFR did try to dig up some mud (and to publish 3 articles they would've done a whole lot of digging), they found just two clients that they can link with the Finstro arranagement. We are talking about 0.06% of 2017 sales which Shapiro can link with this financing agreement.

Even if on the slim chance that this Finstro arrangement is not kosha, over 99.9% of remain un-linked to this arrangement.

We are talking about 0.001 cent per share in share value that is coming under scrutiny.

This is not worth even Shapiro and the AFR's time or effort, let alone that of BIG management.


Shapiro either has a bone to pick, or is trying to save face. Its a mountain out of a mole hill if I've ever seen one.
