Brilliant post. I don't think any of the naysayers here are making accusations about the company in a fair light considering the size of BIG when the deal was struck with FCC. Big needed FCC to onboard customers quickly more than FCC needed BIG so it is amazing that BIG management even secured such great financial support to drive customer acquisition in the early days.

FCC saw the potential, negotiated a deal and they have done well out of ii because they took on a risk vs reward scenario, BIG has utilised the easy finance offering to ramp up fast and has catapulted itself into serious revenues that other tech startups dream of.

BIG is now the victim of its own success and nothing more. The hatchet job on this is second to none.
