So does that mean that FCC have paid BIG $10500 for the video and in return they have a customer with a $15k credit limit who has no knowledge of it and no intention of using it?? That surely isn't a sustainable arrangement if turns out to be widespread? Hopefully it is a one off that Shapiro found after he cold called hundreds of customers.
