    They are not the only ones busy phoning customers LOL. From the ones I've heard about, they've all said BIG didnt push the financing option, and those who signed up took the upfront cash option anyway. I guess if you dig deep enough you'll eventually find someone who hasnt got a clue of what they agreed to - they just heard the word "free" and said "sure thing, where do I sign?"
