First off, FCC probably dont want their other clients knowing the terms of the deal with BIG, because that kind of information is sensitive. And BIG probably doesnt want other financiers to know what the deal is with FCC because then that limits their ability to negotiate better deals. Things are "Commercial in Confidence" for a reason, even if that opens the door for the likes of GSW to hide behind. Legally, they may not be able to disclose the terms - unless FCC agrees to it. If they don't then they cant.
