That's why in the previous announcement, they say number of customers ONBOARD which means those customers will be in the BigReviewtv regardless of payment, then they say number of customers take paid product which is the group of customers generate revenue. Customers with free videos will enrich the BigReviewTV library which they are always talking as a video ecosystem.

So that explains free videos. The conversion rate is about 40%(US is about 50%) that means more than half customers get free video and it belongs to to BIG to use for their ecosystem.
