It’s easy to get caught up in the HC discussions. My advice is to take a step back and re-read the AFR articles and recent announcements from BIG.
Only outstanding issue IMO is clarity around the general security agreement, should be a non issue.
I think that the BIG will essentially use the info we already know in their response to the ASX Aware letter. They will just need to paraphrase it into direct responses to the ASX queries.
