    Quick question: Who is it that decides whether there has been a breach of disclosure rules? Is it the ASX, ASIC or AFR? To my knowledge, there has not been any confirmation of a breach but the AFR (not JS this time) is reporting it as fact.

    From today's AFR:
    "He said he did not consider it a sign of failure that action on the disclosure breaches from GetSwift and Big Un were taken following reports in The Australian Financial Review."
