Big defers some revenue as per their annual report to recognise revenue more accurately based on their subscription model. It is conservative though appropriate. Revenue therfore has a slight lag from cash receipts. Cash receipts are still a good leading indicator for revenue but requires some forecasting to properly understand. Something many are still trying to get our head around fully. With time and more data it will be easier.
