I've read up a bit more about the Tipsly deal, I've heard some crap in my time but that deal takes the cake.
So the owners of Tipsly were offered in May 2017, $4.2m from BIG, which was to be cash of $2.4m plus 3m shares at .60c each.
Yet in Nov when the deal finally settled, the shares were $4 or so, so it cost you as holders circa $14m?
What a scam.
Sorry but that is a 100% scam deal if ever I have seen one.
Of course you have the shares offered to the value of X?
Seriously something not right.
I also don't believe in the $12m p.a revenue from Tipsly, jury is out for mine.
Then you have the same or very similar deal with FCC 3m shares at .20c or $600k, which was a) non disclosed to anyone and b) paid out at being more like $10m plus?
One must question:
a) the true relationship between the parties and more importantly
b) who is running this operation and giving away shares like confetti?
