FYI - Youtube do take a cut from all advertising, its a fixed cost built into the pricing structure.
Companies that have business channels would not pay anything (think Honda / BMW / etc having their own channel), though there would likely be an overarching charge to unlock certain elements, particularly big blue chips - in fact they would likely have a global deal with google in place that covers search, display & video activity.
