First of all, BIG has multiple youtube channels and outlets to release its video content through. I don't think you checked them all otherwise you would have seen a lot more than 3 videos per day.

You will have noticed in your "thorough" search of youtube uploads that there are multiple uploads from some clients with videos at different lengths. This is because they have taken up multiple different products for use in different ways. For example, a 15 second youtube ad as well as a 2 minute video for their web page. This is why ARPU is currently sitting at $8.2k.
