    I think this could be due to the disclosure issues around issuing shares. 3B disclosures lodged 12 months after the initial agreement.

    I was thinking this wouldn't happen seeing as the ASX did nothing last week. Unless the company can explain the reasoning I would think they will be looking at a fine for the breach. Let's just hope it's not any worse than that.
