Directors expecting investors to pay for their lifestyle also doesn't cut it with me.

If a company was looking to use the CR for an acquisition, wouldn't you think they would state something to that effect in their announcement unless they are just blatantly incompetent or maybe they have a secret hidden agenda that they can't release to the public yet, lol.

Why not ask the directors how PM1 is going. They started that one up just after the Lithium flop, just at the time RMX were looking for an acquisition, it appears the directors found one and then promptly started a new company to exploit it. Well at least that is how it looked from this angle.

I still can't believe they almost fooled me twice a few weeks ago.

For all involved I hope this CR is for something beneficial but personally I doubt it, I would love to see them prove me wrong though. I hate seeing anyone get screwed over.
