looks like the loans were made so the directors could purchase company shares, which is what i would hope it was for. just needed to wander over to legalia, where they speak legalese i suppose.
all makes sense now though, BB was issues 40 600 000 shares, and i would be pissed if had that many shares not moving after the announcement of that deal...its a good deal
