Lucky we got this, i was about to pull the pin. I was reading about term sheets, they are designed to prepare the ground for an off take agreement. Basically, they become the offtake agreement if all conditions are met, so you would think they are legally binding. I’m glad we got this. Auz will pop on Monday. Ben probably reads HotCopper
