If you read through the threads here there was a small but vocal group of people who claimed that the agreement either wasn't binding at all (ie. SKI could just jump to another supplier on a whim) or that it only locked in AUZ.
This will now been clarified in no uncertain terms. The market hates uncertainty, this removes some uncertainty.
Every contract is subject to terms - even if they prepaid us $400m for the first couple of years, it'd be subject to repayment (likely with healthy interest) if we then turned out to be unable to actually produce anything.
