I'm only a mum and dad investor but I didn't think reading between the lines of ML's tweets was not that hard to make out. you don't just act on a tweet but it does point you in a direction to investigate.

not all his tweets eventuate, but I can imagine this project changes weekly so I don't really blame him. you add that to your own research, the great work from a few people here and of course you come up with your game plan.
