Anyhoo @ 34 cents plus (wink wink) that is where I say it's a fair CR... anything less, well.... but you seem to finally understand about troughs, noses and mates rates.

FWIW.. @ 44 cents plus.. happy days but tim will tell if it gets close to that any tim soon
