    but it would get smashed by ASX wouldn't it? we have seen something similar with AUZ saying offtake agreement but then ASX said hold on... is it binding or?!!

    if you say capital raising.. you cant just say ohh btw there is also offtake agreement can you?
    shouldn't the TH be 'pending announcement of CAPITAL RAISING AND OFFTAKE AGREEMENT + UPDATE ON MARKET'
