    Remember Haplo MLs tweet about this being a small share/larger debt CR. I am expecting that someone gets a small share sweetener and the cash/bond part is purely (bank) commercial to build power unit or processing plant etc The TO will come shortly by Huayou with somebody else’s top up money to make it affordable.
