Huayou would have had to approve this CR, this tells me that they made the choice to agree to the CR over simply converting their options to fund anything further as that would prevent further dilution, something they will be very keen to achieve if within their capacity.

Also, the CR is simply not needed at this point in time so again, for them to agree to the CR tells me we are in for positive news.
