Given they had funding already to do 20,000 metres of drilling - why not just do that and define a JORC first?

With no other reason than Cash Raising mentioned in the trading halt request it seems unlikely there is a potential deal or JV involved - if there was why not mention that in the trading halt?

Very interested to see how a straight cash raising is in the interests of existing shareholders when just defining a JORC seems to have been an option that would have, apparently, inevitably increased value.
