    Respect your experience in the lithium space. Why do you assume someone may be coming onboard?

    Below is how KDR requested the trading halt that subsequently produced the SQM JV announcement.
    They talked of "a material transaction" etc.

    Have you ever seen a trading halt request that only mentioned capital raising and then produced an out take agreement or JV before?
