Well the announcement came out, not sure it added much other than if the IPC wins we win...... like the Olympic Games example I gave in an earlier post....
Perhaps the new rule is you can announce things on disallowed before they come to reality...
let's see what the final results say later today- which my guess is they wont be released until market closes.
