If the MoU is cancelled I think the SP will fall. How far? Who knows. Could be a good buying opportunity.
Since it was a non-binding agreement, it has zero impact on what the company is doing so no big deal if it's canned imo. What we shareholders really need is certainty of tenure and right to process; I'll be looking for the upcoming announcement to address these issues.
