The translation from the parliament debate is all over the LSE web site. Sifting through the translations I believe the MOU has been made void. If this is the case it paves the way forward for the government to save face and a new deal based on the new proposed changes to the mining act (my words) to be put in place. The MOU served as a political instrument so it is probably best forgotten - IMO. Lets move on.
