Whatever happened to that bet yesterday which someone involuntarily proposed, hm...

Always two sides to a coin.

Pros:
- A year ago we couldn't get a single dollar of funding, that's why we had to submit to the toxic CN, but now someone is willing to put up money to fund us
- No more toxic CN!!!
- Last AGM we voted on 10% placement (1.798B shares (most recent 3B) * 10% = 179M shares @ 1c = ~$1.79M)
- This funding should get us past revenue/breakeven (I hope...)

Cons/Unknowns:
- Who is this soph investor?
- Will this be a quick flip or a long term hold for the soph?
- What will be the price? If lower than current SP then we will most likely see a drop under or to match
- Potential dilution of upto 1.978B shares (excluding CN and options)

I may have missed some things, but that's all I can think of for now.
