I'm disappointed too. A partner would be ideal, but as you say might be a bit unreasonable right now. I feel like a partnership is almost a shortcut to success which is why I shouldn't have expected it yet. In my experience traditional businesses will only hand over their cash once the heavy lifting is all done and it is practically a guarantee they will make money and quickly. SAS may have to wait until the constellation is partially up and generating income before a partner wants to get on board and by then might not need one. It's the start ups funding paradox, no one gives you money when you need it and everyone is throwing it at you when you don't (VC and Angel investors being the exception).
