The CR, I think, also proves that there is absolutely no partner in sight who is willing to fund SAS nor its operations. Should SAS fail to generate revenue to be self sufficient, depending on how much fund they manage to raise, they may have to do the exact same CR in less than a year. In the end the only ones getting fat are the management.
